My windows XP Home Edition will not open up.....

this is the message I receive when I try to start my computer (When trying to update password the value of the return status of the current password is incorrect)
Then my computer shuts down...

I cannot start my computer in any of the "Safe Modes", or "VGA' or anything else.
If anybody can tell me anything I would greatly greatly appreciate it.

Hi Jovan,

Did this error occur after trying to reload XP?
Did the error point to a file called lsass.exe?

I found a few items the dealt with your problem if the answer was "yes."

I hope this helps out,

What was the last thing you did with the computer before the bootup where this started?
