Possibly, but all the ones I've seen are 3.5" FDD format.

I put mine in an adaptor bracket, eg:

You could get an external reader, most internal readers either need a converter rack since they are 3.5 inches.

IIG JU-91RW12-S4 9-in-1 USB 2.0 Card Reader/Write + Floppy - Comes with an adapter rack to fit 5.25 inch bays. You can remove your old floppy drive and put this in, getting not only floppy but so much more.
nMEDIAPC ZE-C98 All-in-one USB 2.0 Card Reader with USB/IEEE 1394/e-SATA Port/HD Audio Ports - Fits 5.25 inch bays
AeroCool FP-01 55-in-1 Card Reader w/Flip-up LCD Screen - Also fits 5.25 and has an LCD screen.
i-rocks IR-5400-WH USB 2.0 Card Reader - Good external reader.

According to reviewers and the Product Specifications on the website, the nMEDIAPC should fit into the drive bays. According to the product features, "Internal design fitting into 5.25" drive bay to save the desktop space."
