HKEY_LOCAL\MACHINES\Software\Classes\QuicktimePlayerLib.QuicktimePlayer App\CLSID

I have been trying to update my itunes, but I am having issues with the above, I cannot seem to be able to edit any of the quicktime registry keys, does anyone have any ideas? I have run numerous scans with Webroot and it appears that they say I am not infected although when I run a scan the quarantine of the following fails. The items detected as Istbar are actually part of other malware removal utilities on your 'D:' drive and are not malicious:

3:09 PM: Found Mal/Generic-A: Mal/Generic-A
3:09 PM: Threat marked as Always Remove

If this is a CD-ROM, please remove it.

Thanks again for your time and patience
