I was recently trying to back up my PC using Acronis True Image and an external hard drive. it wouldn't let me do the back up and said that there was an error with the RPC service. I have disabled some of my services to make the start up become quicker. maybe one of these is a dependency for RPC service to run properly . Is there a default setting with the services that I could set it back to. Don't really want to set all the services to automatic as It would be hard to tell which one is responsible for the RPC working correctly. Any ideas? Thanks.
