is there a way to set up my system so that i am not asked to enter my password when i leave my computer or at least a way to lenghten the time given before i am required to enter my password ?

Hi, if you click on start> control panel>appearance and themes>Choose a screen saver.
you should see all the options you need reset them, click on apply. :thumbsup:
