I have popups, but not too bad. Not a major nuisance, but it happens.

I cannot enable my automatic update service.

When I shut down my machine the program "explorer.exe" always needs to end.

I ran adaware in safemode. some infections could not be removed or quaritined. AdAware couldn't do it.

I removed programs I knew I didn't need.

It just happened the other day. I was connected to an unsecure wireless network in a public area and I was browsing www.vampirefreaks.com. I'm not a freak, but a heavy metal fan and have a profile there so I can participate in a forum called the Metal_Pit. My hair is it's natural color..

Thanks,
