:thumbsup: Ok I have the WIN32:syspatch virus on a few computers and have gone thru all instructions to get rid of it to no avail. It is mostly gone but my windows user32.dll file is still infected and I can not get it to repair here is my hijack this log

Any ideas would be great I have already cleaned the registry and all the other stuff like I said just the windows user32.dll is still infected. I have service pack 3 on Win XP and using avast antivirus thank you in advance for any help you can give me!!
