As soon as the post screen finishes, start tapping F8 and select "disable auto restart on system failure", then it will tell you the error code on the BSOD ;).

For some reason your system is skipping the hard drive and is trying to boot from a network.
To start with, try entering the Recovery Console ( http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/how-to-install-the-windows-xp-recovery-console/ )

Then enter these 3 commands:

Press Enter after each one and answer "Y" (for Yes) to any questions that it asks.

If the computer still doesn't boot, then I'd have to suggest getting a bootable diagnostic utility from the manufacturer of your hard drive. There's a list of the most common ones in this topic: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/28744/hard-drive-installation-and-diagnostic-tools/
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
