I figured it is time to introduce myself. I am a semi-litterate (dangerous) computer person. I know just enough to get myself into trouble. I find myself spending hours on something I could have solved by just coming here and asking a question. I am sure I am not the only one with the weird questions I come up with. thanks everyone for being here!

While sometimes one learns a lot by trial and error when troubleshooting computer problems, one can also cause a lot of additional problems, especially in areas where one knows next to nothing. Count on BC to provide help or guidance.
