I tried to post an introduction earlier, but it seems it didn't actually post. I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much to this website for helping rid my computer of the "system security" program...and you helped me for free! I followed the step by step instructions exactly and it was a piece of cake. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who took the time to create the removal tool AND allowed us novice computer users to use it for free. I almost paid symantec $100 today to do it for me. Thank you! I can't thank this website enough. This is the best.

Please take the time, to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the board works.
If you have any questions about how to use this site, this forum will probably answer them.

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
