software problem

hellow every1!!
-i have a problem with my desktop computer touchmate using window xp,
-when i start my computer it allows me to enter user Id and password so when i enter the Id and password it brings and alert which says that window cannot load the user profile but has logged you as a default profile
-and sometimes it says not enough storage available to process this command,please try again or consult your network administrator,insufficient system resource exist to complete the requested task,
-a problem is preventing window from accurately checking the licwence for this computer:errorcode.
-Those are the messages which my computer brings when i tried to sign up and some times it brings a blue screen!
-i have tried to use hotfix but the problem remain the same and sometimes when it accepts to sign in it brings a blue screen am getting mad whith it!
if there is some1 who can assist me please

Is this a legal copy of Windows?
The problems that you relate are numerous, have you tried to create a new profile and see if that will work for you?

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
