I found a couple viruses last night with Webroot SpySweeper. But I'm still infected!

I scanned with Webroot Spysweeper last night and it came up with these two viruses:

Mal/Fake Vir Pk-A Risk Category: 5

Troj/Fake AV-HT Risk Category: 5

I quarantined them. But then when I tried logging into AOL the normal way, that same virus called avscan 5.com 22/?uid=112 was there!!! So, nothing seems to be able to get rid of it. I was hoping that these above viruses would be this. But, nope.

Seeing how you never followed through with you last post and you had quite a lot I would recommend posting a HJT log following these directions:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/
Then post the log in the proper forum here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/22/virus-trojan-spyware-and-malware-removal-logs/
Good luck
