I have a Dell desktop running windows vista 32 bit. I use AVG, Spybot, and Zone Alarm Firewall. A few days ago, I tried to download from Limewire and it wouldn't work. The lower box shows one bar in green and the rest in red. When I mouse over that, it shows that I am currently connecting to the network. Next to that it shows a globe behind a brick wall and reads that Limewire has detected a firewall. I was sure this has something to do with Zone Alarm, so I went in and adjusted the settings to allow Limewire and nothing happened. I went so far as to shutting down Zone Alarm, but Limewire still would not connect to the network. I have Limewire on a laptlop on the same network with the same settings in Zone Alarm and it connects and downloads fine. I've uninstalled and re-installed Limewire numerous times but nothing changes. Any ideas?

I don't think you'll have any support for file sharing software on this site or any other computer forums. Read the rules please.

Sorry
Please post back if we found the solution
