I returned from a Christmas visit with kids and grandkids and decided I'd better check my e-mail. When I'd commected to the internet I began getting a pop-up "Antivirus Plus!" that informed me that my laptop was infected with 10 visious problems that I needed to register with them in order to remove. I immediately went to my antivirus program, McAfee, and scanned for viruses. It told me it was up-to-date and found nothing. I spent quite some time attempting to rthe persistent pop-ups; but without success. I went to microsoft and searched for a solution. I found Bleeping Computer, registered for an account and here I am! Now what?
