reinstall windows xp. now i cannot see a lot of the files

I had to reinstall windows xp. now i cannot see a lot of the files i had on my pc.?
I did not format the drive. when i look at my c drive, i can see there is 90gb of stuff on the drive. how can i see it/ access it?

when i reinstalled it, windows did make me choose a new user name. not sure if that is an issue?
