Hi,

I'm trying to install kazaa Plus but each time I come to run it a window appears saying that there is a problem with the install. There is a button which says "Fix & Continue". I press this and the window disappears buty nothing happens. I followed the support instructions with regard to uninstall, and clearing the registry, and then reinstall but this just gives the same error.

Any help would be appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Barrenness

Hi Barrenness and welcome to BC

Have you tried Kazaa Plus Support? All you have to do is enter your email address and Proof of Purchase Number to access their support people.

simple - don't install any kind of software called kazaa!! the amount of spyware and malware that kazaa will install on your system without you knowing is unbelievable.

use soulseek instead

You should not install KaZaA at any cost! It will bleep up your computer, believe me. Use LimeWire instead.
