printing problems

Hi. Having recently changed my ISP from aol to sky i'm unable to print from the internet.When i was with aol evrything was fine but since swapping nothing prints. my printer is a Epson photo rx 425,once i have selected a web page to print all i get is a page of jargon. Can any one help!!!

Try uninstalling your Epson printer software from the Add/Remove Programs applet in Control Panel.
Then go to Control Panel...Printers and ensure the printer has been removed (if it isn't removed, right click on it and select uninstall)

Reboot the computer.

Download and install the printer software from the Epson website (NOT from the CD) and let us know if that works.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Hi mate. Thanks for your info,unfortunately having followed your advise i regret to say i still have the same problem. I think i could have a connection problem. thank you anyway for your advise and time..
