Need help with my Q1

Okay so I just got the Samsumg Q1 mp3 player and I cannot figure out how to put videos on it. It has to be SVI format so I need to know how to convert it to
I have been looking at other peoples topics to help me with my problem, but no luck. I can't figure it out.
Does anyone know how to make it work? :thumbsup:

If I understand correctly, the unit should have been supplied with an installation CD for Samsung Media Studio. Use this to transfer media files to the player, and it converts them to the correct format.

This seems to be what is being suggested in Google search results.
