computer says "diablo has encountered a problem and needs to close"

i got diablo 1 not 2 and tried to install it on the computer but that message comes up..
running xp professional with 2gb ram and 250gb hdd

Try going to blizzard.com and find old updates.

i couldnt find anything

this is the error file..
