From their web site:

"Greetings Folks,

You have arrived at the CastleCops website, which is currently offline. It
has been our pleasure to investigate online crime and volunteer with our
virtual family to assist with your computer needs and make the Internet a
safer place. Unfortunately, all things come to an end. Keep up the good
fight folks, for the spirit of this community lies within each of us. We are
empowered to improve the safety and security of the Internet in our own way.
Let us feel blessed for the impact we made and the relationships created."

Some of their data has moved already to:

I hate to see them go, but know that the staff will find a new home and continue the battle.

You know, I'm actually shocked they closed down. CastleCops was a big part of defense and information on the internet. Sad to see it go down, of course its kind of true - all things must come to an end.

.... faints ....

I'm in shock. How could anything that BIG just end? Isn't there like a library of congress for internet sites where all that information goes to the general public? I can't believe it. So very sad to land at that good-bye message and then come back here to find this thread.
