Hi

My Laptop got infected with a Trojan and spywares, I bought a new digicam and I want to connect it to my laptop to send my pictures to friends.

Is it safe to connect my digicam to my laptop so that it will not be infected with those Trojan and spywares.

Kindly suggest how should I proceed.

Did you clean up your laptop? When there are insecure or infected computers connected to the Internet, malware spreads faster and more extensively, distributed denial-of-service attacks are easier to launch, spammers have more platforms from which to send e-mail and more machines become compromised.

If you have not disinfected your laptop, that should be your first priority.
