Hello and thanks in anticipation.

My PC had got infected with the copy book redirect which I have managed to clear but in the process I downloaded the Malwarebytes program.

This program identified that I had 151 bad items but that they would be deleted when I rebooted. I rebooted this morning and still had the same number on my PC. I have rebooted again and after 2 hours and 163 infected files later I decided that it is clear that something is not allowing the machine to clean itself.
I attach a Hijack this log for your attention and would be grateful if someone could have a look at this and see what is wrong
