Virus infected C32 Xp files,I deleted hoping to fix

Tried Avast,free edition,after having full Karsparsky,Avast somehow let a virus in,which infected my C32 files,I completely deleted them,thinking I could use my Microsoft disc to repar them.
Microsoft now says my pin # is invaled and say's its Outlook and should take it back to my dealer?bla,bla?
Is there a Wp fix disk that I can burm to repair my files???
Please help,one of my C32 is a driver,so I cannot connect to the intenet,the page come up quickly then dissapears? :thumbsup:
