msconfig says error

I have a problem
I have that msconfig problem , saying I do not have administrative rights when I am the administrator
When I went to regedit
PML Driver HPZ12 was not there
There was nothing between PlugPlay and PolicyAgent

Help please

Unfortunately I haven't found anything which will help get rid of the message if PML Driver HPZ12 is not found in your registry. Until someone else comes up with a solution, you'll have to live with the annoying message. I'll repeat what I've told others with this issue (you may have already seen this)

click OK in the access denied box. The box should close. Hit OK in msconfig, if you get another access denied message, once again click OK. You will be asked if you want to reboot now or exit without rebooting. Reboot your computer-the changes you made will "stick".
