Sofware to watch Sat TV on your PC

I have come across several software programs that you buy that claim to allow you to watch thousands of tv stations on you PC... This is not a card but rather a software program.

Any credibility to this. Programs cost around $50

hi,,, most tv or cable and satalite companys have there own sites that you can subscribe to for this,,, the ones that promice you that you can have this or the other and have nothing to do with the tv company are usually full of crap and will be greatfull for your cash donation towards there next bentely or porcshe.

I agree, in the main, with figgis41. The few where you do get high quality channels are probably breaking copyright.

TVUPlayer is a free one, but it's not great.
