Hi all,
I was trying to reply to the similarly-titled topic - I suppose one is not allowed to do so.
In a nutshell;
Binary langage files (nothing random about them) in the "TEMP" folder are created by the Realtek HD Audio Manager. Like "turkish.bin"
Have spent a lot of time looking for fix - there's no fix.
Other than disable start of the program using msconfig or similar.
Not hurting anything (disabling). You'll have to figure out how to run the manager if not auto-started.
The language files don't hurt anything either.
Annoyance.
Problem more prevalent, but not limited to on Dell machines.
Hope this helps.
Radu
P.S. Aren't members supposed to do a little research before asking for help here ;-)
