Cannot shut down properly....

Been happening for a while, I have been getting annoyed
This doesn't happen when I shut down through Safe-Mode
I would give my specs.. but I don't know how xp

If it doesn't happen in Safe Mode, then it's likely to be a problem with one of your programs (rather than Windows).

Try this:
- First, close all open windows and then try to shut down.
- Then, close all open windows and any icons in the System Tray
- If that doesn't work, then close all open windows, all icons in the System Tray, then start killing processes in Task Manager
To do this, press Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up Task Manager, then click on the Processes tab.
Close processes that are running as Your User Name, then those running as a Local Service, then those running as a Network Service, and finally those labelled as a System Service.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
