Acronis True Image Home 2009....

So I downloaded the trial of this and made a backup of my computer or w/e....

If I try to install XP on my computer (I have to delete my dell media direct partition) and I screw everything up, will I be able to get it back to before with the image made by acronis? Because I'm pretty sure I might have to do this a couple times to get it completely right.

Nothing is written in stone, anything is possible.
Do you have the recovery disk that was shipped with the computer? At the bottom of this page is a link to order replacements. Last time I used it, it was free:
