Most likely it's the General tab and the Browser History Settings button on that tab - the the View Objects button on the next page.
It's likely that you'll have to disable the Active X controls, then close IE and reopen it in order to delete the problem files.
You can disable these controls in the Manage Add-ons menu item.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able. - John
