Bleeping Computer looks like a really good site for tutorials, advice and lots of people to exchange views with.

I started programming in 1965 using 1401 Autocoder (Assembler for IBM 1401 computers).

Bought my first PC in 1984 - Olivetti 8086 - my first PC program was a tennis game written in basic. :thumbsup:

Sounds like you grew up with computers. I hope you'll be able to teach us some information about the old computers as well as exchange information about the 'modern' systems.
