Hi there, I was using my brother laptop last night when I found zone alarm alerted that prunnet.exe try to access internet. I denied it. Then do some search on internet and seems it is a malware. I stopped the processed. I checked and my brother only has Norton Antivirus 2003 with virus definition of 2007 so I decided to uninstall it using Total Uninstall and install a new Symantec Endpoint. But after I install the Symantec Endpoint the computer crashed into a Blue Screen of Death every time the Windows XP initializing screen appear with some exception error displayed so shortly that I couldn't even finish reading it. Now I could not even get into safe mode. Please help! I feel so bad crashing my brother's laptop.
Thank you for checking for me!
