New PC and trying to install ALLDATA software on a Vista Home Edition HP desktop with AMD processor.
The issues are:

Thanks for any help in advance.

ALLDATA states that the program is compatible with Vista - but doesn't state if it's compatible with 64 bit OS's
Further down on the system requirements page it does mention that it's only compatible with Server 2003 32-bit

I'd contact their tech support/customer service to see if it'll work with a 64 bit OS (which I presume that you're using).
Drivers are handled differently in 64 bit Vista - and they'll be the one's to know if their program is compliant with those standards.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
