I have followd the prep guide EXACTLY so that I can get help...was able to scan w/ kaspersky, but cannot get into RSIT. When the disclaimer of warranty comes up, I click continue and I get this message:
AutoIt Error
Error: Incorrect number of parameters in function call.

I tried 1month, 2months, 3 months, same message.
I will inclue kaspersky log, but I don't know what to do about RSIT.
Desperately need help!
