Whenever I try to delete some files using the Add/Remove Programs applet most of the programs do not have an option to remove/Change.

Could this be Mal/Spy/Ad-ware?Or possibly a virus?

I have Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Symantec Endpoint Protection

Your help is much appreciated.

Is the Change/Remove button simply disabled or missing altogether? Are there some programs that don't seem to be affected?

The only programs that are unaffected are those that have been installed recently. The Change/Remove buttons are missing altogether.I've tried going into the Uninstall registry and changing the program values but that doesn't seem to work.
