Ok. There was two files I couldn't delete. They were found in application data>securom. Here is the screenshot of them and the message I get when I try to delete.

Those files don't exist any more, an unidentified leftover, they are not even occupying any space.

If you insisted in removing them download this Unlocker from here.
Install it, right-click the file and let it removed.

If you don't have any question we are going to close this marathon topic.
