Hi, on one of my laptops running windows XP I keep getting the yellow windows updates waiting to be installed icon in the task bar.
When I clik install after a while it says cannot install SP3 update and something about files on disk please insert disk (which I do not have) I think the file was something like Pro.MSI (I think)

Is this common and what can I do please?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
