I was using mcafee as my virus protection when it told me I was infected with W32/Autorun.worm.gen but was not able to clean the virus. I tried doing the thing where you turn off system restore and scan in safe mode, but it did not clean the threat. I tried malware bytes, but it cleaned a lot of other stuff but not this worm. I uninstalled mcafee so I could install norton 360 because it looked like a better program. But I couldn't install norton becuase it seems like the virus wont let me install anything. And my internet keeps crashing. A friend was trying to help me use hijack this, but it would not install either. What can I do? Thanks in advance!

Please reboot your computer and update Malwarebytes. This time do a FULL scan and post the new log here

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
