In my search to find help to remove nasty adware (Nail.exe, DrPMon.dll) I have landed here. Am hoping I find the assistance I need.

I read about this problem some time ago.
have a look at this link
if you have any doubts, just post a HJT log to the appropiate forum and someone more qualified will help you out.
