Windows Installer Popups that keeping wanting me to install stuff!

Hi im new to the forum and i've just encountered a problem with my Windows XP.My Windows Installer keeps poping up whenever i right-click a program and wants me to put in a disc for a Norton AntiVirus update.For some reason,i dont know if this is due to the windows installer popup,im unable to access some programs on my computer.I appreciate it if someone could help me out with this problem....

The attachment shows the popup that has been coming up for me.

Do you have Norton installed? If so, try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it to see if it gets rid of the problem.

That looks like it could be an illegal, warez version of Symantec's product to me...which might account for why it's problematical.

FWIW: A disk is not required to update any AV program, only for installs.

It's solved!I deleted the program that the installer wanted me to update and it didnt come up anymore!Thanks exile and hamluis!
