I just re-installed Windowx XP Home, and like to use Secunia's PSI software. I've been
able to install the program but it won't run because fltlib.dll is missing. I don't want to have to
buy RegCure to fix this problem, and the free download and scanner of RegCure won't
fix .dll's. Can someone help? I can't find the .dll on my XP CD! [never had that problem before
and maybe I just don't know if it IS on my XP CD}.
Thank you, Mary
