graphic/video card information

I was given a few graphic, video or sound cards. I'm not sure exactly what they are tho just by looking at them. They have stickers on them with numbers and what-not, but i am having a hard time finding out what they are. Are there any sites i can go to where i can get info on a product by typing in wtvr numbers?
