Hi, I have somehow acquired the Insecure Internet Activity Virus running Firefox. Biggest problem i am having is that Firefox and IE and every other browser I have tried crashes after surfing a few webpages so if there is a way to fix this first it would be easier than running back and forth from computer to computer trying to post logs and whatnot.

So far I have tried to follow This tutorial using combofix and malwarebytes and the problem still exist. I have the logs on the computer but don't know if I put them on a flash drive if i could possibly transfer the virus to my desktop computer. So any info on how i should proceed to remove this problem would be appreciated.

Also, what looks like a windows firewall box pops up saying that win32.netsky.q needs to be removed and a button can be clicked that says enable prootection but the word runs off the page and can't be seen so I haven't clicked it yet.
