On my older computer I could get 1600x1200 on my tv's DVI. Now, in Vista it won't work.
Some stats:
BFG NVidia GTX280
Latest graphics drivers.
My card supports this resolution
My display supports this resolution

I cannot change this in custom resolutions through NView. It says "Custom mode test failed." every time.
Is there something like a program to fix this?

This is frustrating...

Please Help!!!

Maybe drivers for the monitor/TV?
Maybe an older version of the video drivers (as they may have dropped support for this combination)?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

There are no drivers that I can find...
The video drivers that were old were much "glitchier" in respect to this resolution. These current drivers do support the resolution. On my older computer no extra drivers for the tv were installed.
