okay, my wifes laptop is still infected with some sort of virus...

i can run AVG but it wont clean anything up...

i cant update AVG because i think the virus is blocking it...

i cant even get to this page or any of the 'anti spyware/anti virus' sites because the virus wont let me. it keeps giving me a 'page not found' type error...

i cant run HJT because i cant install it after i download it...

i cant run SAS because i cant install it after i download it...

i tried to load an anti spyware program from a thumb drive but i think all it did was infect my thumb drive. i even tried using a program that i renamed...

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
