Hey truckie,

We need that other stuff to really nail down what's happening.

Look for something like this:

STOP 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0x86301D68, 0xA210004)

The numbers will likely be different, but that's what we need.

Follow this guide. It'll provide an analysis of the memory dump file (for the Blue Screen error) that may help to identify the culprit: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/176011/how-to-receive-help-diagnosing-blue-screens-and-windows-crashes/

While you're waiting for a response from us, try running this free, bootable memory test for at least 3 passes (overnight is better): http://www.memtest86.com/
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
