I too have dealing with this for some time. I have worked with Verizon tech, MSN Tech level two, and Microsoft hotmail tech and the only advise I get is:
Microsoft tech: can't help you, you need to contact your ISP
Veriaon Tech: your really an MSN costomer your their problem.
MSN tech: Can't help you, just make another account and eventually this spam will go away.
MC Cafee sanning does not find anything along with spybot and adware. This does not seem to be a virus. I don't beleve it exist on my computer but rather on the servers computer.
I did find a similar spam from China changing my "Vacation Reply" in my hotmail account. Every four days it would mail out to all my contact list. Just change it back to fix that.
I will try going to level three MSN and get back to eveyone.
Please keep me advised if anyone finds out anything.
