I read the post on how to zip a file/folder. When I right click on a file or folder and then send to, I am not given the option to zip. My only options are as follows.
Send to:
Skype
3 1/2 floppy(A)
DVD/CD-RW drive(E)
MMC/SD(G)
Compactflash I/II(H)
Smart Media (I)
MS/MS pro(J)
Elements (K)
Removable disk (L)
Why are my options different than the ones in the example? How can I change them? How can I zip files if I can't find the option?

Hi Phil's Wife,

Do you have a zip program on your computer? If not you may need to download one. The following is an open-source version that works well:

I have always had the Win- zip program that came pre installed on the pc. I am able to unzip with no problem. My choices when I right click are not like the ones in the illustration in the tutorial. It is as if they have been changed somewhere along the way but I do not understand how or when.
