Hi, this is a last resort I have tried multipe things to get rid of this program including following instructions I have found on this website. I have successfully downloaded Malwarebytes Malware Remover but cannot successfuly run the program. The computer shuts down everytime i try to run the program.
I have run Spybot-Search and Destroy 1.6 hoping that it would solve the problem but it did nothing.

Please help... I have spent countless hours over the past 4 days trying to solve this by myself... I give up!!! :thumbsup:

Here is the HiJackThis log...

Ok... so last night after posting I ran Malwarebytes 1 more time and it worked :) , but the Windows Security Alert icon is still nesting in my taskbar :thumbsup: (although the window does not pop up unless it is clicked on). Could I please get a little help on that little issue?

Here are the Malwarebyes log and HiJackThis log...

Hello! :thumbsup:
My name is Sam and I will be helping you.

In order to see what's going on with your computer I may ask for you to post various logs from the tools that we will use to resolve your issue. Please also share with me any information about how your computer is reacting and behaving each step of the way as we work through this process.

Please download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  • Choose your usual account.
  • Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
  • It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  • Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
    (Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
  • Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back here in your next reply.

Failing to respond back to the person that is giving up their own time to help you not only is insensitive and disrespectful, but it guarantees that you will never receive help from me again. Please thank your helpers and there will always be help here when you need it!
