I booted up my laptop just now, and, as Windows starts to load, I get a User Environment error that states that, "Windows cannot load the locally stored profile."

The temporary profile was then loaded. I attempted two system restores, but neither were successful.

Any advice?

EDIT: After following this page's instructions (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=811151), I made a new account called New Account, while the main/admin account is still named Justin.

No files have been lost.

If the new account is working okay I would just delete the old one.

I haven't copied any files over yet. The support page is a little confusing.

I now have three accounts that I can log into: Justin, New Account, and Guest.

Do I just log into New Account, and copy the files over like it says to?

Yes. If you have problems accessing the files from the new account you may need to "take ownership" of them. See the following link for how to do this.
