Hi chantel and welcome to Bleeping Computer

I need to ask a few questions to have a better idea of what is going on.

What is your operating system?

Does it say safe mode in all four corners of the screen?

Can you connect this computer to the internet?

Did you recently make any changes (like installing/uninstalling software) or has your computer recently crashed?

Post back with those answers and we will get you fixed up.
